They are painted on both sides 0.40mm - 0.50mm thickness, one side is primary color and the other side is white primed. These sheets are produced from 1000mm and 1250mm wide rolls. All of these sheet metal slitting, cutting, bending and length sizing operations can be done by us.

Production Stage of Painted Coils

We can state the following about the painted coiled sheet products: A continuous dyeing process based on high automation is applied to flat metals in coil, roll form with the help of polyurethane rollers. As a result of this dyeing process, dyed sheet products are produced. Regarding the production of PPGI products, there are:

-Coils open. Surfaces at the top and bottom are cleaned. (Special chemicals are generally used during the cleaning phase. It is washed and rinsed with chemicals)

-The metal on the upper and lower surfaces is chromated. (The purpose of this process is to increase corrosion resistance and strengthen the adhesion of the paint.)

-After this stage, the product is baked.

-Priming is done. (Only the front part of the product is painted, high back paint with polyurethane adhesion is applied on the back surface.)

-After this stage, the product is baked.

-After the double surface painting processes are completed, the final painting process requested for the upper parts of the primers is carried out.

-After this stage, the product is baked.r.

-Protective film is applied according to the demands of the customers.

-After this stage, PPGI products are turned into metal coils and packaged and delivered to customers.
